SCOPE OF WORK <br />This section will focus on the City of Santa Ana's Historic residential <br />properties. RBF/UDS is aware of the extent of historic properties within <br />the City, as well as the pride in these properties. In order to effectively <br />and adequately address residential design and development standards <br />for the Santa Ana, RBF/UDS proposes the following outline for this <br />section: <br />4, Introduction <br />+ Existing Architectural Styles (photographic essay) <br />i, Preservation and Rehabilitation Guidelines <br />b Additions and New Accessory Buildings <br />i New Infill Development <br />4 Landscaping <br />'v Open Space and Yards <br />TA5K 2.3 REFORMAT OF EXI5TING CHAPTERS <br />As requested in the Request for Proposal, RBF/UDS will reformat the <br />following section of the Design and Development Standards Manual: <br />4 Circulation <br />4 <br />Parking Structures <br />v <br />Pedestrian Circulation <br />•Y <br />Architecture <br />-✓ <br />Grading and Drainage <br />6 <br />S <br />Landscaping <br />Walls and Fences <br />Lighting <br />Signage <br />Auto Repair/Services Stations <br />Mini -Storage <br />Long -Term Stay Business Hotel and Hotel/Motels <br />Districts <br />Ask indicated in the Requestfor Proposal, RBF/UDSwill supplementthe <br />existing graphics and photographs with more contemporary graphics <br />from our extensive library of original graphics and photographs.
