SCOPE OF WORK <br />'ASK 5.0 - MEETINGS AND STUDY SESSIONS AND PROGRESS <br />REPORTS <br />Throughout the project timeline, regular meetings and study sessions will be conducted. Based on <br />RBF/UDS experience, the number of meetings identified in the City's Request for Proposals are more <br />than sufficient in meeting the needs of the project. The following is a listing of additional meetings to <br />be conducted by RBF/UDS: <br />TASK 5.1^ STAFF PROJECT MANAGEMENT MEETINGS <br />UDS/RBF will participate in a total of 11 staff project management <br />meetings. These meetings will provide staff will regular updates on <br />project process, coordinate future meetings and presentations, and <br />ensure the project stays on schedule and budget. <br />TASK 5.2 - MONTHLY PROGRESS REPORTS <br />UDS/RBF will provide City staff with monthly progress reports to provide <br />a recap of previously completed activities and products. <br />TASK 5.3 " STAFF REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETINGS <br />It is recommended that Staff Review Committee meeting on a bi- <br />weekly basis during the entire project timeline. The Staff Review <br />Committee will be a valuable resource to enhance the usability and <br />effectiveness of the Design and Development Standards Manual. <br />UDS/RBF recommends and total of 11 Staff Review Committee <br />Meetings throughout the project timeline. <br />TASK 5.4 " PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING <br />UDS/RBF will provide staff support and conduct any necessary <br />presentation at the Planning Commission Public Hearing. All necessary <br />presentation materials, including handouts, exhibits and PowerPoint <br />presentations will be provided by UDS/RBF. <br />TASK 5.5 r CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING <br />UDS/RBF will provide staff support and conduct any necessary <br />presentation at the City Council Public Hearing.
