SCOPE OF WORK <br />presentation materials, including handouts, exhibits and PowerPoint <br />presentations will be provided by UDS/RBF. <br />TASK 5.6 - HISTORIC COMMISSION MEETINGS <br />Two members of UDS/RBF will attend up to (3) three study sessions with <br />the Historic Commission. UDS/RBF will provide support to City staff <br />and utilize any graphic, exhibits, or other previously prepared materials. <br />UDS/RBF anticipates these meetings will not exceed two hours in <br />length. <br />TASK 6.0 - REVISED FORMAT AND CONTENT OF DESIGN <br />GUIDELINES AND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS <br />Based on our extensive experience in the development of Design Guidelines and Development <br />Standards, we suggest the following revisions to the existing format of the Design and Development <br />Standards.
