Proposal <br /> for <br /> Temporary <br />Technical Contract Service Persons <br />and <br /> Consulting Services <br /> for the <br /> City of Santa Aha <br /> <br />Service and Consulting Proposal <br /> <br />Description of Methodology for Job Assignment <br /> <br />The following methodology will be employed by Telfords to provide the City with <br />temporary contract service persons: <br /> <br /> Review of Telfords' staff and core associates to determine the person with the <br /> best match of technical skills and work experience for the assignment. <br /> <br /> Assignment of the key resource for the duration of the job assignment. <br /> <br /> The key resource assigned by Telfords will remain responsible for the successful <br /> completion of the job assignment with the City. This responsibility includes but <br /> is not limited to: <br /> <br /> ~' Performance of the job assignment with the City by this key technical <br /> resource. <br /> <br /> Recruitment of candidates that match the technical skills and work <br /> experience of the job assignment. <br /> <br /> ~- Confirmation of candidate qualifications to perform the job assignment <br /> with the City. <br /> <br /> ~ Monitoring of the performance of the job assignment. <br /> <br />Upon receipt of a job assignment request from the City, Telfords proposes the following <br />approach: <br /> <br />Review of job assignment with appropriate City staff. <br /> <br /> <br />
