Creation of a clear statement of work including timing, level of effort, <br />deliverables if applicable and performance criteria. <br /> <br />Review and assignment of Telfords' resources as defined above. <br /> <br />On going monitoring of the job assignment to ensure that desired objectives and <br />performance criteria are being met. This monitoring of performance includes <br />adjustment of resources, level of effort and focus as required. <br /> <br />Description of Methodology for Sourcing <br /> <br />Telfords Staff and Core Associates <br /> <br />The principals of Telfords work closely with each client. This direct involvement <br />with clients ensures the quality of the work provided. In every case, a principal <br />will be directly assigned to either deliver or monitor the performance of the job <br />assignment. Principals in Telfords have extensive ~vork experience and training. <br /> <br />When a project requires availability or technical specialties beyond that which can <br />be provided by the principals, Telfords will pull from a group of core associates <br />with whom it has had previous successful working relationships. This group of <br />associates has already been qualified and meets the profession standards required <br />by Telfords. These standards include technical competence, work ethic and <br />customer service orientation. <br /> <br />Resumes of principals and core associates will be submitted within 1 - 3 days <br />after the creation of a work statement. <br /> <br />Recruiting <br /> <br />In the case that recruitment is required in order to fill a job assigmnent, the <br />following steps will be taken to ensure quality: <br /> <br />Interviewing of former supervisors, clients and co-workers regarding technical <br />skills, work habits, quality of work performed and interpersonal skills. <br /> <br />Personal interviews by at least two Telfords principals. <br /> <br />Technical interview by a Telfords principal. <br /> <br />Review of previous ~vork. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
