The lowest <br />bid was submitted by Orion Contracting, Inc. for $398,630.50, which is <br />below the Engineer's estimate of $430,000. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL, IMPACT <br /> <br />Environmental Review No. ER 2003-87 has been completed and a categorical <br />Exemption has been filed for the Project pursuant to the California <br />Environmental Quality Act. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />The Funding Analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of <br />$498,300 for the project (Exhibit 2).
