expose people residing or working in the project area to <br />excessive noise levels? <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />According to the Orange County Airport Environs Land Use Plan, <br />the project site is not located within an area that is subject <br />to high levels of aircraft noise. Therefore, implementation of <br />the proposed project would not expose people within the project <br />area to significant aircraft noise impacts. <br /> <br />XII. POPULATION AND HOUSING <br /> <br />A. Induce substantial population growth in an area, either <br /> directly or indirectly through extension of roads or <br /> other infrastructure. <br /> <br />Displace substantial numbers of existing housing, <br />necessitating the construction of replacement housing <br />elsewhere. <br />Displace substantial numbers of people, necessitating the <br />construction of replacement housing elsewhere? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />Based on population estimates from the California Department of <br />Finance, there were 343,700 residents in the City of Santa Aha <br />in 2002. Presently, the average household size in Santa Aha is <br />4.65 persons. Implementation of tke proposed project would not <br />increase population growth in the City or displace existing <br />housing. <br /> <br />XIII. PUBLIC SERVICES <br /> <br />Fire Protection: Less than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The City of Santa Aha Fire Department would provide fire <br />protection and emergency services to the project area. The City <br />maintains ten fire stations throughout the City. The stations <br />are situated where no location in the City is outside of an <br />approximate 1.5 radius of a fire station. Additionally, the City <br />maintains a Mutual Aid Agreement for fire protection services <br />with the neighboring Cities of Fountain Valley, Garden Grove, <br />Tustin, Irvine and Costa Mesa. According to the City of Santa <br />Ana Insurance Service Organization, the City has a low fire risk <br />rating. <br /> <br />31.A. <br /> <br />84 <br /> <br /> <br />
