The <br />purpose of the conference is to clarify any questions related to the specifications and to <br />respond to questions that may be pertinent to the request. Any significant changes to the <br />specifications, as a result of the discussions at the pre - proposal conference, will be mailed to all <br />companies that have received the proposal package. <br />November 2001 15 <br />
