0 0 <br />Benchmark Technical <br />Team Facilitation Consultant <br />Duties <br />Education /Certification <br />Work Experience /Skills /Knowledge /Abilities <br />Services <br />• Plan, organize, make arrangements, moderate <br />project teams and work groups engaged in <br />information technology initiatives. <br />• Help establish a conducive atmosphere for production <br />team results. <br />• Develop ground rules for team events. <br />• Document results during meetings. <br />• Ensure orderly professional meetings. <br />• As required, provide teams with training on <br />techniques to be more productive working together. <br />• Provide continuity between meetings. <br />• Help ensure team stays on task and within scope. <br />Formal course work in facilitation and TQM techniques <br />preferred. <br />• Minimum 6 years of consulting on team building, <br />communications, and /or facilitation. <br />• Knowledge and experience with municipal <br />government business processes a strong plus. <br />• Ability to communicate excellently both orally and in <br />writing. <br />• Excellent interpersonal and team skills a must. <br />• Knowledge and experience planning, organizing and <br />moderating teams involve in complex information <br />technology projects needed. <br />Other I . Must have a valid Class C Driver's license. <br />• May have to undergo background investigation by <br />Santa Ana Police Department <br />November 2001 39 <br />
