Method DDC will employ to complete the tasks identified in <br />Section 1.3. <br />DDC has a databank of resumes collected over the years from potential candidates for <br />contract/consulting technical positions. The databank is accessible through two <br />avenues; ACT Database and Zylab. There are over 40,000 resumes listed on our Zylab <br />database. Our resume screener receives and detects resumes of value each day, and <br />they are passed on to the recruiters. The recruiters respond with information regarding <br />our openings and qualify the candidates in many different ways. Most candidates who <br />are available for open positions are phone screened and/or interviewed in person. They <br />are matched to the client's technical requirements, work experience, culture, <br />personality, job title, and quality of work. We do not just look for a technical match; <br />we consider how the candidate will fit on the team at any level. <br />The recruiters reference check the candidates by calling at least three (3) of the <br />references provided by the candidate. The references must be superiors from several of <br />the most recent companies worked for. In some cases, we might know people we can <br />call that will give us a valid reference. Their pay rates are justified by several ways. 1. <br />Check stubs, 2. Last job confirmation 3. Knowledge. We have been providing these <br />services for so long that we are able to match rates with skill sets. <br />If there is any question about skills we test the candidate with "Prove It ", an on -line <br />testing company. <br />• Once qualified the candidates are submitted to the client. Interviews are scheduled <br />through the DDC Account Manager and Client and followed through by the <br />AM/Recruiting team. <br />-3- <br />
