0 0 <br />All DDC candidates are treated with respect. They are continually kept up to date on <br />the status of requirements, interviews, and job information from the client. They are <br />asked to keep us informed of their status as well, so this can be passed on to the client. <br />Prior to submitting the candidate, DDC always obtains the consultants approval on <br />each requirement in respect to technical qualifications, rate expectations, location <br />desirability and other considerations. <br />• DDC always keep backup candidates in reserve in case the first one does not work <br />out for any reason, we can replace them right away. <br />DDC is aware of the culture and environment at the City of Santa Ana and we are <br />able to find and qualify candidates quickly. We keep a special database for <br />possible candidates for the City. <br />Our in -house Recruiters have over 10 years of recruiting experience. Several outside <br />recruiters have over 25 years experience. Our in -house recruiters have had training <br />from AIRS, the global leader in e- recruitment and training, and annual recruiting <br />seminars. They are trained monthly on a new technical skill set from Tech <br />Encyclopedia or Susan Hodges' Technical glossary. Both sources are installed on our <br />computers for easy access to technical terms and definitions. <br />• The recruiters' job description is to locate the qualified candidate, interview candidate, <br />reference check, and assist in setting up interviews. He /she also handles contract <br />employee paperwork with our accounting department. Follow -up with the candidate is <br />the most important part of his/her job. <br />• DDC Account Mangers are responsible for locating and maintaining the relationships/ <br />partnership with the client, keeping in contact with the contract consultant <br />telephonically and in person, delivering paychecks. He /she is also responsible for <br />keeping up to date on the clients' I.T environment and assisting with staffing solutions <br />to enhance the success of the client's projects. <br />DDC enjoys being part of the Client's IT team. Our reputation is based on our client's <br />success. <br />-4- <br />
