r 0 <br />DDC provides Information Technology Professionals on a Contract, Contract -to -Hire <br />or Full -time basis. Our focus is to provide skilled computer professionals in specific <br />contract assignments. Because of our tenure in IT Consulting Services, we are able to <br />provide professionals with diverse IT skills in Complete Systems Development Life Cycles <br />including Application Development, Implementations, Testing, Maintenance and Support; <br />Operations, and End User Support, Networking, E- commerce and Telecommunications. <br />We can provide professionals from a CIO level to a Help Desk. <br />Environments include: (Partial Listing) <br />Mainframe Project Management <br />AS /400 Web Development <br />Client/Server <br />Etc. <br />PC/Networks <br />ERP <br />LAN /WAN <br />Internet <br />Help Desk <br />E- Commerce <br />Telecommunications <br />Databases <br />Unisys, IBM, HP, Sun, etc. <br />OS/390, Unix, Solaris, V &A Series <br />Cobol, RPG, C /C++, VB, XML Java <br />ORACLE, SQL, DB2, Access, etc. <br />Novell, NT 4 -2000, Cisco, <br />Peoplesoft, JDE, SAP <br />DDC has provided the City of Santa Ana IT department with Network Engineers and <br />Technicians, V 380 Operators and Operations Specialist, Programmer/Developers with <br />VB, Active X, ADO, Com, D Com, HTML, Crystal Reports, Oracle, A Series DMS II and <br />others over the last 4 years. We feel confident that we can fill other positions the City <br />may have as listed in the RFP with qualified candidates. We currently have 9 consultants <br />working for the City. <br />Our consultants are W -2 employed by DDC for the length of the contract, offered <br />participation in health insurance, 401 -K plan, and Direct Deposit. We deliver paychecks <br />when logistically possible. We are in constant communication with our consultants to <br />make sure they are happy with their contract opportunity. This gives the client a good <br />understanding of how the consultant feels about them. It also gives us an opportunity to <br />relay messages or helpful hints from the client to insure their success on the job. In certain <br />circumstances related to the consultant's longevity on a particular assignment, DDC will <br />assist with funding for technical training for our consultants. For all consultants, we <br />recommend classes that they should be taking and where they can take those classes. All <br />of our employees are encouraged to take continuing education in technology. <br />-7- <br />
