• 0 <br />Some of our consultants have worked for DDC at the same client for over 5 years; a few <br />over ten years. Most assignments vary in length. DDC can locate a contract consultant <br />on a moment's notice or within 24 hours for a temporary assignment. Some more <br />difficult skill sets or combination of skills make take a day or up to a week. (V 380 <br />Operations is a good example). <br />DDC has a National presence using its network of associate consulting service <br />companies who are members of NACCB. <br />DDC is a long time member of the National Association of Computer Consultant <br />Businesses (NACCB), Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP), <br />PMI, Oracle Users Group, and others. Our Account Mangers and Recruiters attend <br />training sessions regularly to increase their technical skills. Our recruiters are AIRS <br />trained as well. We also keep up with the latest Internet tools available to search for the <br />best candidates. The Internet has its pluses and minuses. It has allowed us the capability <br />to search for candidates globally. However, it has also opened an avenue for all businesses <br />to search for candidates on the Internet using their existing personnel. Contract Consulting <br />Services Companies like Data Design Corporation spend hours reading and responding to <br />resumes sent to us for many different positions. We get to know the individual applicants <br />and compare their skills and attitudes to those we have interviewed before. It is an on <br />going process that takes the guesswork out of recruiting for the client.
