The Issue Identification, Assessment and Commitment session will be accomplished in two half - <br />day sessions on the same day. A primary facilitator and a scribe will be involved at all times during <br />this intensive working session. <br />Following the session, an objectives statement with supporting details will be prepared and <br />delivered to the session sponsor in a format previously defined for his or her next action. <br />Relevant Experience of Frank P. <br />• Created and delivered two -day Business Analyst Joint Application Design (JAD) workshop for <br />Nexgenix Corporation providing extremely experiential learning providing each new facilitator <br />with enough training and practice to interview, group interview and facilitate small groups with a <br />high degree of effectiveness. <br />• Worked with internal facilitator at Candle Corporation to design a three -day interactive <br />facilitation for senior marketing and systems engineers to plan and support launch of new <br />software product. Assured that skilled and knowledgeable team members facing heavy travel <br />schedules made critical contributions to the successful activity. <br />• Conducted Strategic Planning meeting followed two months later by a Values, Objectives and <br />Action Plans meeting for 1999 15- member Board of Directors of the Project Management <br />Institute, Orange County Chapter. <br />• Facilitated Issues MiningTM sessions for clients of Project Management Integration, <br />Incorporated. Issues facilitated included selection of systems development life cycle <br />methodology, selection of projects for investment portfolio, professional training and <br />development and combining two IT organizations for firms like Thrifty Drugstores, <br />Massachusetts Mutual, Citicorp, and CVS. <br />Taught Strategic Planning, Development and Implementation, Requirements Analysis and <br />Software Requirements Analysis for Management Concepts, Incorporated.
