Meet with sponsoring executive to specify the scope of, the participants in, and outcome of
a facilitated session. The format of the document representing successful completion will
be agreed to with sponsor.
2. Conduct an intensive one -day facilitation of in -scope issues identifying, ranking and
specifying actions in draft document as specified.
3. Present final draft of document discussing and clarifying and concerns prior to turning it
over to the client for use in their next steps.
This facilitation session will be completed for a fixed fee. Assuming ten individuals participate, the
cost per person is approximately the cost of attendance at a seminar where no practical results will
occur. Selecting the right things to do right rather than reacting will enable the County's scarce IT
resources to be allocated to the best advantage of the taxpayers.
Mr. P has taken the liberty of re- ranking the initial list by their relevance to a mixed audience from
IT and non -IT middle and upper level managers. This first day meeting will assure the facilitated
session will be highly focused and productive.
1. Adjusting IT mission due to loss of 50% of customer base
2. Planning for possible imposition of directory services consolidation from another agency
3. Ensuring IT missions are carried out while facing significant budget cut
4.
