<br />• Worked directly with six VPs and support staff in planning and executing a $15,000,000 project to extract and
<br />migrate a Canadian Computer System from one Data Center to another.
<br />• Dealt with international projects and multiple governments to elicit 100% cooperation in areas involved in the
<br />transfer of equipment and data tapes and other problems related to Customs.
<br />• Assigned $5,000,000 project to be completed within one year. Project was completed in eleven months at a
<br />cost saving of approximately 5 %.

<br />State Street IMS West / PIMCO September 2000 — June 2001
<br />Project Manager / Program Manager responsible for strategic planning and implementation of Program Office,
<br />Management of the Systems Management projects, and additionally the management of the program to address
<br />findings in a Federal Reserve audit, including operational, development, and strategic responses. Systems under
<br />management include both NT and Unix client server environments, 3rd party and in -house software written in VB,
<br />M.F. COBOL, JAVA, HTML, SOL and Sybase, on both a LAN and WAN environment with multiple clients, in
<br />international and local locations with a total of 500 users. Position began as a Systems Analyst position
<br />(documenting business processes for BPI opportunities), but quickly became a more senior position.
<br />Experian January 2000 — July 2000
<br />Project Manager / Technical Systems Analyst responsible for planning and executing the project, as well as for
<br />gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, for the Income and Employment Verification
<br />project and the Access Point Server new product projects. Also designed test cases, test plans and security plans.
<br />Dealt directly with users and management, providing an interface for the Technical Development Team between the
<br />user team and the vendors. The user team was comprised of 10 marketing and legal staff. The end -user
<br />community consisted of any business that subscribed to consumer reporting services (1000's of users in the
<br />banking, retail, etc.). Managed 4 vendor relationships in these projects. The technical staff was developing in a
<br />mixed mainframe (IBM) / Client Server (both NT and UNIX) environment and the development was done in C ++
<br />using Visual C, CICS and COBOL using SDF, JAVA using Visual J, HTML, and D132 SOL for data
<br />access /manipulation. Improved processes for executing requirements definition and test case design.
<br />EDS April 1999 — November 1999
<br />Project Manager / Systems Manager. Managed a staff of 5 programmer /analysts on the Associates First Capital
<br />account for support work. Managed the project to migrate the Canadian systems from the Associates Irvine Data
<br />Center to the EDS Toronto Data Center. The Canadian systems were comprised of 170 jobs, 300+ programs, 800
<br />files, and 10,000 tapes.
<br />Avco Financial Services / Associates First Capital June 1997 — April 1999
<br />Project Manager. Involved in project management, user requirements, designs, high level and detail level
<br />specifications. Led projects for financial systems credit evaluation system, credit scoring system, credit bureau
<br />data, account acquisitions, the move of all operations from Denver to Salt Lake City, sales of accounts and Disaster
<br />Recovery for the LAN. Responsible for management of implemented systems and development staff. Also
<br />designed and implemented applications developed in MS Access for many user support projects. Position began
<br />as a programmer /analyst, but Tracy quickly graduated to a more senior position.
<br />Computer Consultant Services (CCS) February 1983 -June 1997
<br />(Owned this company - all positions that follow were contracts through CCS)
<br />Project Lead for PC based systems. Led and managed projects (with from 1 to 20 employees) from technical
<br />troubleshooting to training to designing and implementing entirely new systems (i.e. custom manufacturing systems,
<br />custom G/L systems, Data Warehousing, etc.). Developed computerization strategies to improve business
<br />productivity.
