Fee Proposal: <br />In addition to (SUbmittal Requirements: Fee Proposal) fee schedule shall be structured to correspond to the above <br />mentioned tasks as follows: <br />Task 1: Design Development <br />Task 2: Construction Documents <br />Task 3: Bid Advertisement, Construction Administration, Record Drawings <br />Total Fee: <br />Fee schedule for each task should include an hourly breakdown that corresponds to the task total <br />Project Files: <br />Consultant shall provide review sets in pdf format. Final plans shall be provided in <br />AUtOCAD or Microstation format <br />CITY RESPONSIBILITIES: <br />The City will provide information in its possession relevant to the preparation of the <br />required information in the RFP. The City will provide only the staff assistance and the <br />documentation specifically in referred to herein. <br />• Provision of available plans and existing documentation on file, <br />• Provision of electronic design file with City title block and title sheet (24" x 36") <br />• Provision of standard City boilerplate specifications. <br />• Provide access to existing building, as requested by Consultant. <br />• Furnish scope of work and provide general direction as needed for the assigned project. <br />• All plan check coordination within the City <br />• Facilitate meeting space and coordination and City facilities <br />CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES: <br />- All work as described Linder Consultant Services (Section A-K), General Requirements and <br />Payment & Invoicing. <br />• Provide Bonds and Insurance as outlined in Attachment of this UP. <br />• Submit renewal of Certificate of Insurance 30 days before expiring. <br />• Ensure Certificate of Insurance is current when submitting invoice <br />City of Santa Ana RFP 24-1 OOA <br />Page Al -7 <br />
