IV. BIOLOGICAL RESOURCES <br /> <br />(A.B.C.D) No Impact <br /> <br />The project site is situated within an urban setting. According <br />to the California Department of Fish and Game Natural Diversity <br />Data Base, there are no sensitive biological resources located <br />on the project site. Therefore, implementation of the proposed <br />project would not result in any adverse impacts to any onsite <br />sensitive biological resources. <br /> <br />V. CULTURAL RESOURCES <br /> <br />(A) No Impact <br /> <br />According to the National Register of Historical Structures and <br />City of Santa Aha Local List of Historical Structures there are <br />no historical structures located on the project site. Therefore, <br />implementation of the proposed project would not result in <br />significant impacts to any historic resource. <br /> <br />(B.C.D) No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR, there <br />are no known or recorded cultural resource sites on or within <br />the immediate vicinity of the project site. Additionally, the <br />proposed project would not involve any earthwork activity. <br />Therefore, implementation of the proposed project would not <br />result in impacts to unknown cultural resources that may be <br />present on the project site. <br /> <br />VI. GEOLOGY/SOILS <br /> <br />(A-l) No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR there <br />are no known active earthquake faults or fault zones on the <br />project site. Therefore, potential ground rupture impacts are <br />unlikely. <br /> <br />(A-2) Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The project site is situated within a highly active seismic <br />region of southern California. A total of 38 active faults have <br />been identified within an approximate 60-mile radius of the <br />project site. The Newport/Inglewood Fault located approximately <br />13 miles south from the City of Santa Ana is considered to be <br /> <br /> <br />
