IX. LAND USE/PLANNING <br /> <br />(A) NO Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project would not physically divide any established <br />community, in that no existing residential uses are located on <br />the project site. No adverse land uses impacts would be <br />associated with implementation of the proposed project. <br /> <br />(B) Less Than Significant <br /> <br />The proposed project is consistent with the General Plan and <br />would not be in conflict with any planning programs or policies <br />in the City. <br /> <br />(C) No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR, the <br />project site is not included within any habitat conservation <br />plan or any natural community conservation.plan. <br /> <br />X. MINERAL RESOURCES <br /> <br />(A) No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR, there <br />are no areas in the City that are designated as Significant <br />Mineral Aggregate Resource Areas. Therefore, implementation of <br />the proposed project would not result in the loss of any <br />regionally or locally important mineral resource. <br /> <br />XI. NOISE <br /> <br />(A.C) NO Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project would be situated within an existing <br />building and would not be subject to noise levels in excess of <br />the noise standards in the General Plan. Additionally, the <br />proposed project would not significantly increase traffic <br />volumes and associated mobile source noise impacts in the <br />project area. Implementation of the proposed project would not <br />significantly increase ambient noise levels or expose people to <br />noise levels in excess of City standards.. <br /> <br />75.A. <br /> <br />Page-152 <br /> <br /> <br />
