wastewater facilities. Additionally, the proposed project would <br />not require an increase in wastewater treatment facilities. Nor <br />would the project exceed wastewater treatment requirements of <br />the State Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> <br />(C) No Impact <br /> <br />Implementation of the proposed project would not increase the <br />amount of surface water runoff generated from the project site. <br />The project would not require the construction of new drainage <br />facilities that could cause significant impacts to the <br />environment. <br /> <br />(D) Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The City of Santa Ana would provide water service to the project <br />site. The proposed project would not significantly increase <br />current demands for water service. Through the City's <br />development review process, the Public Works Department has <br />indicated that the City would have the ability to provide <br />adequate water service to the project site.. No adverse impacts <br />in regards to the provision of adequate water service would be <br />associated with the proposed project. <br /> <br />(F.G) Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />Great Western Reclamation would provide solid waste disposal <br />service for the proposed project. The proposed project would not <br />significantly increase the demand for solid waste disposal. <br />Additionally, the City has adopted a Source Reduction and <br />Recycling Element establishes policies and programs to reduce <br />the City's overall demand for solid waste disposal. No <br />significant adverse impacts would be associated with providing <br />solid waste disposal service for the proposed project. <br /> <br />XVIi. MANDATORY FINDINGS OF SIGNIFICANCE <br /> <br />(A) No Impact <br /> <br />Implementation of the proposed project would not substantially <br />reduce the habitat of fish or wildlife species, in that no fish <br />or wildlife populations are known to exist on the project site. <br />The operation or construction of the proposed project would not <br />degrade the overall quality of the environment. <br /> <br />(B) Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />75.A. <br /> <br />page 156 <br /> <br /> <br />
