Nor would the project exceed wastewater treatment requirements of the State Regional Water Quality Control Board. (C) No Impact Implementation of the proposed project would not increase the amount of surface water runoff generated from the project site. The project would not require the construction of new drainage facilities that could cause significant impacts to the environment. (D) Less Than Significant Impact The City of Santa Ana would provide water service to the project site. The proposed project would not significantly increase current demands for water service. Through the City's development review process, the Public Works Department has indicated that the City would have the ability to provide adequate water service to the project site.. No adverse impacts in regards to the provision of adequate water service would be associated with the proposed project. (F.G) Less Than Significant Impact Great Western Reclamation would provide solid waste disposal service for the proposed project. The proposed project would not significantly increase the demand for solid waste disposal. Additionally, the City has adopted a Source Reduction and Recycling Element establishes policies and programs to reduce the City's overall demand for solid waste disposal. No significant adverse impacts would be associated with providing solid waste disposal service for the proposed project. XVIi. MANDATORY FINDINGS OF SIGNIFICANCE (A) No Impact Implementation of the proposed project would not substantially reduce the habitat of fish or wildlife species, in that no fish or wildlife populations are known to exist on the project site.
