0 <br />Attachment 1 B — Statement of Work and Project Schedule <br />City of Santa Ana <br />Hereinafter Referred to as CONTRACTOR <br />AB 2766 Contract Number S0102B <br />Project Description <br />CONTRACTOR shall purchase four Elgin Broom Bear street sweepers as specified <br />below. CONTRACTOR shall also construct a CNG fueling station as specified in <br />Attachment 3, Supporting Documents, Station Specifications. <br />Statement of Work <br />CONTRACTOR shall purchase four (4) OEM CNG powered heavy-duty vehicles as <br />follows: <br />Vehicle <br />Life <br />Miles Per Year <br />Expectancy <br />Four Elgin Broom Bear Street Sweepers <br />5 years <br />4,120 each <br />with Cummins 8.3G+ CNG Engine. <br />each <br />CONTRACTOR shall be reimbursed for each vehicle according to the costs stated in <br />Attachment 2 — Cost Schedule, upon proof of vehicle delivery, vehicle acceptance, and <br />placement of vehicle into service. Engines must be certified for sale in California by <br />California Air Resources Board prior to the release of MSRC funds. <br />CONTRACTOR shall place vehicles into service within eighteen (18) months of <br />Contract execution and shall demonstrate and report on vehicle performance (refer to <br />Project Schedule for reporting) for a minimum of six (6) months. <br />CONTRACTOR shall construct CNG fueling station as specified in Attachment 3, <br />Fueling Station Specifications. CONTRACTOR shall be reimbursed according to <br />Attachment 2, Cost Schedule, after verification that station construction is complete and <br />that station is fully operational. <br />
