Such behavior shall include, but is not limited to: <br /> <br />a. <br />b. <br />c. <br />d. <br />e. <br /> <br />punctuality and attendance <br />appropriate dress and hygiene <br />ability to follow instructions (written/verbal) <br />ability to meet obligations <br />regard for high quality of work <br /> <br />Contractor shall coordinate follow-up activities with partners within <br />the Youth Navigator system. <br /> <br />Contractor shall, upon request by City or in accordance with <br />schedules and/or procedures stipulated by City staff at the outset of <br />the program, transmit to City reports and/or forms containing all <br />appropriate data and any other pertinent information available on <br />each participant and program operations in general. <br /> <br />Contractor shall review and document partners' delivery of service <br />as defined in the MOU a minimum of two times during the term of <br />this contract. Documentation of the review shall be made available <br />to the City upon request. <br /> <br />Contractor shall report on progress of program to Youth Council on <br />a regular basis as determined by contractor and City staff. <br /> <br />Contractor shall follow and abide by the proposal submitted and <br />approved by the Santa Ana Workforce Investment Board. Any <br />changes to the proposal must be submitted in writing to the Santa <br />Ana WIB for consideration. <br />
