The original signed Amendment <br />should be attached to the existing HUD MOA and Grant Agreement. <br /> <br />The Grant Agreement for the Empowerment Zone has been amended each year since the <br />1999 MOA, since funds are appropriated annually by Congress. All of the following documents <br />should be in your records: <br /> <br />1999 MOA and Grant agreement for $3 Million. <br />2000 Amendment for $3.6 Million <br />2001 Amendment for $5 Million <br />2001 Amendment for $7.3 Million <br />7.002 Am...nrlm...nt for $1 Minion <br />Total through 2002 =$2I.9 Million <br /> <br />Please make sure you have the originals of all these documents and notifY our office of any <br />discrepancies.
