The <br />property is zoned Light Industrial (M-1) which is consistent with the <br />General plan designation of Industrial for the area. The site is <br />bounded on all four sides by light industrial uses. There are four <br />existing buildings on the project site totaling 40,643 square feet <br />(Exhibits 1 and 2). <br /> <br />Project Description <br /> <br />The project proposes to subdivide the property into two lots and <br />construct a 13,840 square foot industrial building on the vacant parcel. <br />At the completion of the subdivision, Parcel 1 will have a total lot- <br />area of 0.876 acres with approximately 208 feet of street frontage and <br />.rcel 2, will have a lot size of 2.654 acres with approximately 122 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />328-2 <br />
