In <br />addition, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) <br />addressing drainage, reciprocal access, landscaping and <br />maintenance will be recorded prior to approval of the final <br />map. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />The project site is physically suitable for the type and density of <br />the proposed project. <br /> <br />The site is rectangular in shape and is approximately 3.53 <br />acres in size, with approximately 330 linear feet of frontage <br />on Dyer Road. The site is physically suitable for industrial <br />development. There are no physical constraints on the site <br />that would preclude industrial development on the property. <br />Access to the site is from Dyer Road.
