The <br />project site is located in an urbanized area. There are no <br />known fish or wildlife populations, wetlands or unusual flora <br />or fauna on or around the proj ect site. Therefore, the <br />proposed subdivision will not cause any substantial <br />environmental damage or substantially and avoidably injure <br />fish and wildlife or their habitat. <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />The design or improvements of the proposed project will not cause <br />serious public health problems. <br /> <br />tit <br /> <br />The proposed subdivision is not anticipated to have any <br />detrimental effects upon the general public. Each property <br />will meet the City's requirements. pertaining to sewer, watér <br />utilities and infrastructure improvements as conditioned in <br />Development Project Review No. 2003-43. <br /> <br />F. <br /> <br />The design or improvements of the proposed project will not <br />conflict with easements necessary for public access through or use <br />of the property within the proposed project. <br /> <br />The subdivision has been designed to comply with the adopted <br />street plan for Dyer Road and will not conflict with easements <br />necessary for public access, since public access is provided <br />from Dyer Road.
