However, according to the ,General Plan Land Use Element EIR, the SD-60 project area is located within a FAA Notification Area. The FAA has established height criteria to determine potential conflicts with air navigation. The existing buildings incorporated into the SD-60 project area are no more than two stores in height and would not be in conflict height criteria established by the FAA. VI. HYDROLOGY/WATBR QUALITY A. Violate Regional Water Quality Control Board water quality .tendard. or wa.te discharge requirements? No Impact Approval of the proposed amendment to SD-60 would not directly result in any adverse water quality impacts, in that the proposed project would not, involve any activities that wöuld result in potential water quality impacts.
