Presently, <br />located on the 6 *-acres are two industrial buildings, County of <br />Orange office buildings and a restaurant/nightclub. The current <br />General Plan designation for the properties is Industrial, which <br />is consistent with the City's General Plan designation for SD- <br />60. Approval of the proposed proj ect would not be in conflict <br />with the General Plan. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />Conflict with any appli'cable habitat conservation plan or <br />natural commMnity plan? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />Accòrding to the City's General Plan Land Use Element SIR, there <br />are no habitat conservation plans or natural community <br />conservation plans established within the ~ity of Santa Ana. <br />Therefore, approval of the proposed amendment to SD-60 would not <br />be in conflict with any habitat conservation or natural <br />community conservation plan. <br /> <br />VIII. <br /> <br />, JlINERAL RBSOURCBS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Result in the loss of availability of a locally important <br />mineral resource recovery site delineated on a local <br />general plan, specific plan or other iand use plan? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />The City's General plan Land Use Element ErR identifies that <br />there are no areas in Santa Ana that contains Significant <br />Mineral Aggregate Resource Areas. Therefore, approval of the <br />proposed amendment to SD-60 would not result in adverse impacts <br />to any mineral resources.'
