WITH THE SAME MEMBERS PRESENT <br /> <br />COMMENTS <br /> <br />90.A. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Annie Tellez and Teri Elizalde addressed the Council with concerns <br />relative to the increase in prostitution activities in their neighborhood. <br /> <br />Victoria Zaragoza, Leo Sarinana, Wade Little, Zeke Hernandez, and Kim <br />Gerda addressed the Council relative to concerns related to the traffic <br />barriers in French Park. <br /> <br />Albert Perez, President of the Santiago Little League invited the Council <br />and the public to the League's ten year anniversary celebration on March <br />5,2004 <br /> <br />Ben Grabiel announced that the Planning Commission would hold a final <br />hearing on the One Broadway Plaza project on February 23, 2004 <br /> <br />Samuel Romero addressed the Council relative to general concerns and <br />noted that conditions in the Logan neighborhood have been improving <br />relative to crime <br /> <br />90.8. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />Councilmember Garcia <br />.
