ACCO Engineered Systems <br />will maintain the same price for the first year, and requests a four <br />percent increase on the second and third year. . <br /> <br />The proposal from Western Allied was also responsive to the specifications <br />and meets the City requirements. Western Allied will be used as an <br />alternative if ACCO Engineered Systems is unable to meet a request as a <br />result of overall work load.
