Grantee shall provide <br />three (3) satelllte earth stations initially. Grantee shall <br />reasonably provide a sufficient number of earth stations to <br />receive signals from all operational communications satellites <br />that generally carry programs available to cable systems, <br />throughout the life of the franchise. <br /> <br />5.4 Capacity of Interactive Residential Services. Grantee <br />shall provide the ability to expand the initial system to <br />add the capacity for interactive residential services including, <br />but not limited to, security alarm monitoring, home shopping, <br />energy management, home banking, teletext, information access <br />and retrieval, subscriber polling, video games and one-way <br />or interactive education. All customer equipment necessary <br />for such services, such as the addressable interactive con- <br />verters, home terminals and home detectors, shall be provided <br />to subscribers by Grantee in accordance with established and <br />uniform rate schedules. <br /> <br />-16- <br />
