<br />- <br /> <br />"6.3 <br /> <br />Interactive Subscriber Television Services. <br /> <br />Grantee shall provide interactive subscriber television <br /> <br /> <br />services when such services are demonstrated to be economi- <br /> <br /> <br />cally feasible. <br /> <br />12a. Subsection 6.4 of said agreement is hereby deleted. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />Subsection 6.5 of said agreement is hereby amended to <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />"6.5 <br /> <br />Leased Channel Service. <br /> <br />Grantee shall offer to <br /> <br />the public leased channel service in accordance with fed- <br />eral, state and local law. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />Subsection 6.6 of said agreement is hereby amended to <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />"6.6 <br /> <br />Basic Subscriber Radio Services. <br /> <br />Grantee shall <br /> <br />provide Basic Subscriber Radio Service in accordance with <br />federal, state and local law." <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />Subsection 6.7(a) <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"6.7 <br /> <br />Grantor Channels. <br /> <br />(a) In the event that the A2 cable referred to hereinabove <br />is reactivated, Grantee shall provide carriage of the <br />twenty-six video programming channels (156 MH of bandwidth) <br />assigned to Grantor, at least one (1) of which shall have a <br />cable channel capability for interactive services. Gran- <br />tor's channels may be used by Grantor for non-commercial <br />programming or for commercial services pursuant to Section <br />6.7(b) hereof. In the event Grantee expands capacity, <br />Grantor shall be assigned two (2) access video programming <br />channels within such expanded capacity." <br /> <br />-14- <br />
