<br />withheld." <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />Subsection 7.8 is hereby added to said agreement to <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />"7.8 Prior Local programming Cost <br /> <br />"Grantor and Grantee agree that Grantor expended <br /> <br />$628,602 of Grantor's general fund money for local program- <br /> <br />ming in anticipation of receiving grant funds for such <br /> <br />purposes from Grantee under the second amendment to this <br /> <br />agreement. <br /> <br />Upon execution of this agreement, Grantee shall <br /> <br />reimburse Grantor the amount of $628,602 previously expended <br /> <br />by Grantor for local programming." <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Subsection 8.4 of said agreement is hereby amended to <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />"8.4 Institutional Connection. <br /> <br />"Grantee shall connect institutional service free of <br /> <br />charge to those locations listed in 'Exhibit C' to the Second <br /> <br />Amendment of this Agreement. <br /> <br />Grantee shall provide institu- <br /> <br />tional service connections free of charge to the following <br /> <br />new and future school sites within the Santa Ana Unified <br /> <br />School District: <br /> <br />Century High School, 1401 S. Grand Avenue; <br /> <br />Kennedy Elementary, 1300 E. McFadden; Sepulveda Elementary, <br /> <br />1801 S. Poplar; Heninger Elementary, 417 W. Walnut; Garfield <br /> <br />Elementary, 850 E. Brown; Carver Elementary, 1401 W. Santa <br /> <br />Ana; and Walker Elementary, 811 E.
