'~~"- "OJ~--"V', <br />2/14/89 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT <br /> <br />c: <br /> <br />LOCAL PROGRAMMING FOR SANTA ANA' S <br /> <br />CABLE CHANNEL KCTY <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />PRODUCTIONS <br /> <br />COMCAST shall produce the following minimum productions <br />each year for City of Santa Ana's cable channel KCTY (Channel 3): <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />24 City Council Meetings. <br />City Council meetings are cablecast live on the first <br /> <br />and third Mondays of each month. <br /> <br />These meetings are replayed three <br /> <br />times for maximum availability to the community. <br /> <br />No cabling shall <br /> <br />be laid on the floor of the Chambers during the Council meetings <br /> <br />except in an emergency. <br /> <br />Automated camera controls shall be used <br /> <br />for recording of live broadcasts. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />24 Santa Ana Updates. <br /> <br />KCTY UPDATES promotes upcoming City functions and features <br /> <br />local events in a newsbrief format. <br /> <br />Each production shall be at <br /> <br />least fifteen minutes. <br /> <br />UPDATE features an average of 10 stories per <br /> <br />show, 3 of which are accompanied by video footage taken within the <br /> <br />community, and others illustrated with graphics or archive footage. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />5 Major Events. <br />These major events, such as "Golden City Days, "Black His- <br /> <br />tory Parade," "Golden City Days Bike Race," "Cinco de Mayo Celebra- <br /> <br /> <br />tion," or "July 4th Celebration at Stadium," will be determined in <br /> <br />cooperation with the City Manager of the City. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />12 Special Programs. <br />These special programs will be determined in cooperation <br /> <br />with the City Manager of the City, which will be no less than 30 <br /> <br />-1- <br />
