CARNIVAL UPDATE <br />Staff gave a brief presentation on the history of carnivals in parks and the action city council <br />took to limit activity to eight camivals per year. In 2003, contracts were awarded to Acosta <br />and Associates and "0" Enterprise. This year Centennial Regional Park will no longer be a <br />carnival site due to the construction of Hector Godinez High School. <br /> <br />The 2004 carnival schedule is as follows: <br />.
