Orange County Youth Commission Center Presentation - Rosie Avila gave a <br />PowerPoint presentation regarding a proposed Youth Center at the YMCA <br />building. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />PROJECT UPDATES <br /> <br />a) SWC First and Main Streets - Caribou hopes to open the restaurant within <br />the next two months and will concurrently develop plans for 14 for-sale lofts. <br /> <br />b) City Place West - a new site plan will be submitted in April. <br /> <br />c) One Broadwav Plaza - the project will be heard by the Planning Commission <br />on February 23, with Council consideration scheduled for March. <br /> <br />d) YMCA - Matt Lamb provided an overview of the various development <br />proposals submitted to staff.
