<br />Amendment to Agreement with Environmental <br />Engineering and Contracting Inc. <br />April 19, 2004 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the agreement with EEC be amended to provide <br />assistance in the preparation of the required municipal code changes. <br />EEC has extensive experience in the development of FOG programs <br />throughout the Southern California region. Through the on-going FOG <br />characterization study, they have developed a good understanding of Santa <br />Ana's specific requirements.
