Additionally, <br />there are no scenic resources along State Route 55 that would be <br />impacted by the proposed project. Approval of the proposed <br />Addendum would not result in additional adverse impacts to any <br />scenic vista or other aesthetic resources. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Substantially degrade the existing visual character or <br />quality of the site and it's surrounding? <br />Create a new source of substantial light or glare, which <br />would adversely affect day or nighttime views in the area? <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />The proposed Addendum would not involve any land use changes or <br />activities that would result in additional changes to the <br />aesthetic environment of the Auto Mall. The properties included <br />in the proposed addendum would be subject to the SD 60 <br />architectural and landscape standards to minimize aesthetic <br />impacts. <br /> <br />II.
