Additionally, the proposed project would not <br />involve any construction activities that would increase short- <br />term air quality and odor impacts. <br /> <br />III. BIOLOGICAL RESOURCES <br /> <br />A. Have a substantial adverse impact, either directly or <br />through habitat modifications, on any species identified as <br />a candidate, sensitive or special status species in local <br />or regional plans, policies or regulations or by the <br />California Department of Fish and game or U. s. Fish and <br />Wildlife Services? <br />B. Have a substantial adverse impact on any riparian habitat <br />or natural community identified in local or regional plans, <br />policies, and regulations or by the California Department <br />of Fish and game or U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service? <br />C. Adversely impact federally protected wetlands either <br />individually or in combination with the known or probable <br />impacts of other activities through direct removal, filling <br />hydrological interruption, or other means? <br />D. Conflict with any local policies or ordinances protecting <br />biological resources, such as tree preservation policy or <br />ordinance? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />According to the California Department of Fish and Game Natural <br />Diversity Data Base, the SD-60 project area does not contain any <br />sensitive biological resources. Thereforè, approval of the <br />proposed amendment to SD-60 would not have any direct or <br />indirect impacts on biological resources. <br /> <br />IV. CULTURAL RESOURCES <br /> <br />A. Cause a substantial adverse change in the significance of a <br />historical resource as defined in Section l5064.5? <br /> <br />7~~~' <br />
