<br />fiscal data gathering, reporting, and record keeping and will provide full use of the McFadden <br /> <br />Education and Technology center. The lead agency will facilitate meetings with program staff and <br /> <br />partners to discuss progress and to make recommendations for improvement. <br /> <br />The schools will coordinate closely with the City to identify students who meet the definition of <br /> <br />"at risk" and will assist with progrant registration and assessment. Target schools will coordinate <br /> <br />with program staff to develop participants' individual achievement plans, including input on the <br /> <br />appropriate educational, remediation and enrichment activities. Target schools will maintain <br /> <br />academic/behavior records for participants and make records available for program evaluation <br /> <br />purposes. School representatives will meet with progrant staff and partners throughout the grant <br /> <br />period to discuss progress and to make recommendations for improvement. <br /> <br />The Casa Bonita Neighborhood Association (CBNA) will coordinate with the City to schedule <br /> <br />neighborhood events to provide opportunities for participants to get involved in the community. <br /> <br />CBNA will provide opportunities for participants to gain leadership skills through volunteer <br /> <br />assignments at the Association's community events, provide recognition opportunities for <br /> <br />participants and complete/submit reporting documentation as required. <br /> <br />The Project PRIDE Parent Commission will coordinate with the City to provide opportunities <br /> <br />for participants to get involved in family activities, encourage participant families to join their <br /> <br />local Family PRIDE and serve as family liaisons to help program participants have a rewarding <br /> <br />experience. The Commission will provide opportunities for participants to gain leadership skills <br /> <br />through volunteer assignments, provide recognition opportunities during Family Club activities <br /> <br />and complete/submit reporting documentation as required. <br /> <br />SAPD will assign officers to provide organized group mentoring activities, including a total of <br /> <br />24 overtime hours, divided antong officers in the Southcoast and the Westend Police Districts <br /> <br />and will complete/submit reporting documentation as required. <br /> <br />7 <br />
