Carol Leiva, and Project Manager Vicki <br />Uehli. <br /> <br />Community members present: Alma Marquez and Rosa Penaflor <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES - February 18, 2004 <br /> <br />Action: The minutes were approved 3:0 <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />PROPOSED CODE ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br /> <br />Alvaro Nunez reported that Notices of Violation continue to be issued in the <br />Downtown and South Main areas. The Notice of Violation for awnings on the <br />Otis Building will be enforced and investigation of signage on Broadway will <br />continue. Staff will pursue removing flags along the bike trail and illegal banners. <br /> <br />138-5 <br />
