Under the City's zoning ordinance, a <br />is required to operate a thrift store in the <br />zoning district. <br /> <br />Property Description <br /> <br />The project site is approximately 9.55 acres in size and is located on the <br />west side of Bristol Street between St. Gertrude Place on the north and <br />Warner Avenue on the south. There are eight buildings on the site <br />totaling 121,696 square feet that are primarily used for retail, <br />restaurant and medical uses. The property is zoned General Commercial <br />(C2), which is consistent with the General Plan Land Use Designation of <br />General Commercial (GC). The project site is bounded by retail uses to <br />the north and south, a mix of retail and single-family residences to the <br />east, and multi-family residences to the west.
