.

D. Create or contribute runoff water which, would exceed the
capacity of existing or planned storm water drainage
systems or provide substantial additional sources of
polluted run-off?

Less Than Significant Impact

The project site is located within an urbanized area with
improved drainage facilities. Based on preliminary analysis
of drainage conditions and facilities on the project site
and surrounding area, the City's Public Works Department
has indicated that it is feasible that existing drainage
facilities within the project area would be able to
adequately drain the proposed project. However, to help
address cumulative drainage impacts in the project area,
the proposed project would be subject to Drainage
Assessment Fees.

E.

Place housing within a lOO-year floodplain, as mapped
on a federal Flood Hazard Boundary or Flood Insurance
Rate Map or other flood hazard delineation map?
Place housing within a lOO-year floodplain, as mapped
on a federal Flood Hazard Boundary or Flood Insurance
Rate Map or other flood hazard delineation map?
Place within a lOO-year floodplain structures which
would impede or redirect flood flows?

.

G.

F.

No Impact

According to the Flood Rate Insurance Map 0602320030F, the
project site is located within Flood Zone X and not subject
to 100-year flood risks. Implementation of the proposed
project would not increase the risk of flooding.

IX. LAND USE/PLANNING

A.

Physically divide an established community?

No Impact

.

The proposed project would not physically divide any
established community, in that no existing residential uses
are located on the project site. The proposed project would
be compatible with other existing land uses in the area. No
adverse land use compatibility impacts would be associated
with implementation of the proposed project.

14

3'~~~
