B.

Conflict with any applicable land use plan, policy, or
regulation of an agency with jurisdiction over the
project adopted for the purpose of avoiding or
mitigating an environmental effect?

Less Than Significant Impact

The proposed project is consistent with the General Plan.
According the City's Zoning Code the proposed project would
be required to provide 52 parking spaces and a 15-foot
landscape setback along all street frontages. The proposed
project is currently inconsistent with these site
development standards. The proposed project would require
approval of a minor exception to reduce its parking
requirements by 3 spaces and variance to allow a reduction
in required landscape setbacks from 15-feet to 5-feet along
Lenita Lane and from 15 feet to 8-feet along Tustin Avenue.
With approval of the variance and minor exception, the
proposed project would be consistent with the City's Zoning
Code.

C.

Conflict with any applicable habitat conservation plan
or natural community plan?

No Impact

According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR,
the project site is not included within any habitat
conservation plan or any natural community conservation
plan.

X. MINERAL RESOURCES

A.

Result in the loss of availability of a locally
important mineral resource recovery site delineated on
a local general plan, specific plan or other land use
plan?

No Impact

According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR
there are no areas in Santa Ana designated as significant
Mineral Aggregate Resource Areas. Therefore,
implementation of the proposed project would not result in
the loss of any regionally or locally important mineral
resource.

15

3"~l.j~
