Additionally, there is no sensitive land use receptors located within the immediate vicinity of the project site. The proposed project would not emit noise levels in excess of City standards, nor would employees be subject to excessive noise levels. Implementation of the proposed project would not result in a substantial permanent increase in ambient noise levels within the project area vicinity. . B.
