Construction operations associated with the proposed project could result in a short-term increase of construction traffic volumes within the project area. However, the increased level of construction traffic is not expected to significantly increase vehicle or pedestrian hazards within the project area. E. Result in inadequate emergency access Less Than Significant Impact As part of the City's development review process, the Fire Department has reviewed the proposed project for potential impacts in regards to emergency access. The Fire Department has determined that adequate emergency access would be provided. F. Result in inadequate parking capacity Less Than Significant Impact . The proposed project is consistent with the General Plan. According the City's Zoning Code the proposed project would be required to provide 52 parking spaces. The project is proposing a total of 49 parking spaces. The proposed project would require approval of a minor exception to reduce its parking requirements by 3 parking spaces. According to the Planning Department the reduction of 3 parking spaces would not result in adverse parking impacts. G. Conflict with adopted policies supporting alternative transportation No Impact The proposed project would not be in conflict with any adopted policies regarding alternative modes of transportation.
