<br />. <br /> <br />The proposed project would require reconstruction of <br />existing driveway approaches and sidewalks. Construction <br />operations associated with the proposed project could <br />result in a short-term increase of construction traffic <br />volumes within the project area. However, the increased <br />level of construction traffic is not expected to <br />significantly increase vehicle or pedestrian hazards within <br />the project area. <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />Result in inadequate emergency access <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />As part of the City's development review process, the Fire <br />Department has reviewed the proposed project for potential <br />impacts in regards to emergency access. The Fire Department <br />has determined that adequate emergency access would be <br />provided. <br /> <br />F. <br /> <br />Result in inadequate parking capacity <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The proposed project is consistent with the General Plan. <br />According the City's Zoning Code the proposed project would <br />be required to provide 52 parking spaces. The project is <br />proposing a total of 49 parking spaces. The proposed <br />project would require approval of a minor exception to <br />reduce its parking requirements by 3 parking spaces. <br />According to the Planning Department the reduction of 3 <br />parking spaces would not result in adverse parking impacts. <br /> <br />G. <br /> <br />Conflict with adopted policies supporting alternative <br />transportation <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project would not be in conflict with any <br />adopted policies regarding alternative modes of <br />transportation.
