<br />It was moved by Councilman Herrin, seconded by Councilman Patterson and
<br />unanimously carried, to authorize execution of conveyance agreement with
<br />Ben F. Heflinger and to approve and authorize execution of escrow by the
<br />Mayor for the following deeds:

<br />Heflinger, south side of Seventeenth, east side of Parton,
<br /> street purposes;
<br />Southern Pacific Co., south side of Warner at Maple,
<br /> street purposes;
<br />Huntzinger, south of Monta Vista, west side of Center,
<br /> park purposes.

<br />ordered filed Report of No Cash Deeds accepted by the City Manager, pursuant

<br /> access rights;

<br />Tom McMichael as liaison agent to carry on negotiations with the Federal
<br />government, the Civic Center Commission and the City in regard to the
<br />proposed Federal Building in the Civic Center, on the following roll call
