SOLICITOR'S PERMIT Council considered the written request <br /> from Psynetics Foundation for a permit <br /> and a waiver of the required annual <br />business license fee of $35.00 to solicit for donations of used articles to be <br />sold in its thrift shop located in the City of Orange. Lockney, <br /> Sr. and Edmund Lynch for a St. Patrick's <br />Day Parade on Seventeenth Street was considered by the Council. Due to the <br />heavy concentration of traffic on Seventeenth Street, the Application was approved <br />for a route on Broadway or Main Street from approximately Fifteenth Street south <br />to McFadden, on motion of Councilman Patterson, seconded by Councilman Herrin <br />and unanimously carried. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL -58- March 2, 1970 <br /> <br /> <br />
