NS-1008 The City Council waived full <br />MOBILE HOME PARKS reading and passed to second <br /> reading ORDINANCE NS-1008 <br />AMENDING THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING ARTICLE <br />X TO CHAPTER 41 THEREOF TO ESTABLISH DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS <br />FOR MOBILE HOME PARKS, on motion of Councilman Patterson, seconded <br />by Councilman Evans and unanimously carried. <br /> <br />CHICAGO SEVEN Councilman Herrin requested that <br /> the Council go on record as support- <br /> ing a proposed resolution of the <br />Board of Supervisors protesting the appearance of five members of the <br />"Chicago Seven" at the University of California Irvine on Sunday, April 26. <br />After some discussion, Councilman Herrin stated that he would bring a copy <br />of the proposed Board of Supervisors' resolution to the evening meeting for <br />further discussion at that time. <br /> <br />BID CALL Acting upon the recommendation of <br /> the City Manager, it was moved by <br /> Councilman Evans, seconded by <br />Councilman Patterson and unanimously carried, to extend the April 23 bid <br />opening date for Specification 641-189, Fire Extinguishers, to May 15, 1970. <br /> <br />RECESS At 5:10 P.M., the meeting was recessed <br /> to 7:30 P.M., at which time it was <br /> reconvened, with all Council members <br />present. Following the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, the Invocation was <br />delivered by the Reverend Robert H. Scott of the First Nazarene Church. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING Hearing was opened on the proposed <br />FII~ ZONES - ORD.
