Prior to any <br />rehabilitation or modifications to the exteriors of these structures, other than painting, the project applicant <br />must conform with the requirements of Ordinance No. NS-2338 (An Ordinance of the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana Amending Chapter 30 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code Regarding Places of Historical and <br />Architectural Significance). <br /> <br />Mitigation measure CR-3, above, requires compliance with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for <br />Rehabilitation for the proposed modifications to and rehabilitation of the structure at 1103 North Broadway <br />Street. This satisfies the intent of Ordinance No. NS-2338 for this structure. For the remaining structures <br />listed above, the following apply: <br /> <br />Plans for modifications or rehabilitation to the exteriors of these structures must be approved by the <br />Planning Commission prior to any changes to these structures. It is recommended that the <br />Secretary's Standards for Rehabilitation be used to avoid any adverse effects to these recognized <br />local historical resources; and <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />B.
